Well hello there.
My name is Mark (as you might have guessed). I’ve been a lifelong tech follower since my parents bought me a used Commodore computer. They didn't want to invest in the "modern" machines everyone else had, convinced I’d get tired of it in a week.
How wrong they were.
I spent that childhood week obsessing over getting that machine to do what the better computers of the era were doing. That experience ignited a love of technology that only grew as I upgraded devices, watched far too much TechTV, and eventually developed what you might call a "healthy" cynical take on the tech-heavy world that surrounds us today.
Today, I'm an Applied Communications student at the College of Charleston. I’ve spent my life in the Southeast U.S. following the daily tech cycle and distilling it into my own opinions here in my little corner of the internet.
If you’re here, I appreciate you. I hope you’ll stick around, because I’m not going anywhere. What you’ll find here are largely my takes on the digital world. After reading a few posts, you’ll be able to answer the question:
What did Mark say?
